After booking your trailer hire, you will recieve a confirmation email

Then 1 Hour prior to your hire start, you will recieve a "Pick Up Instructions" email.

This email will give you all the information you need to collect your trailer.

If you have not received you Pick Up Instructions email (sometimes ends up in junk/spam)
